  14. Conditions have been severely disturbed since February 6 due to a
  15. flare a few days prior.  Recurring coronal holes are keeping the
  16. geomagnetic field jumping and this may continue for a few more days.
  17. HF propagation has been disrupted and may not quiet down until after
  18. mid-month.

  20. Solar flux is rising, and should peak near 120 around February 22.
  21. Flux will probably remain above 100 until March 6.

  23. Sunspot Numbers from February 3 through 9 were 62, 75, 76, 71, 72,
  24. 85 and 64, with a mean of 72.1.  10.7 cm flux was 97.9, 95.3, 93,
  25. 95, 95.9, 95 and 101, with a mean of 96.2.

  27. The path projection for this week is from Dallas, Texas to Tonga.
  28. This is for February 15, assuming a flux of 105.

  30. 80 meters looks good from 0600 to 1330z, and 40 meters from 0530 to
  31. 1400.  30 meters should open from 0530 to 1500 and 20 meters from
  32. 0400 to 1030, with a possible additional opening around 1430.  17
  33. meters should be good from 1730 to 0200, and 15 meters from 1800 to
  34. 0030.  12 meters should be open from 1900 to 0000, and 10 meters from
  35. 2000 to 2300.
